Former TMC MP Mahua Moitra on Friday vacated her government accommodation in Delhi, her lawyer said.
The Directorate of Estates (DoE) had in the morning sent a team to get the official bungalow vacated and the area around it was barricaded, an official said.
"House number 9B on Telegraph Lane occupied by Mahua Moitra was vacated by 10 am this morning before the authorities arrived. No eviction took place," Moitra's Counsel Shadan Farasat told reporters.
The possession of the house has been handed over to the DoE officials, Farasat added.
Earlier this week, the DoE issued an eviction notice to Moitra, who was expelled from the Lok Sabha last month.
On Thursday, Moitra failed to get any relief from the Delhi High Court which refused to stay the DoE notice and asked her to vacate the government bungalow.
Justice Girish Kathpalia said no specific rule has been brought before the court which dealt with the eviction of MPs from government accommodation after they cease to be lawmakers.&nbsp;

The bombs were thrown at the home of the North 24 Parganas MP at Jagatdal, around 100 km from Kolkata, allegedly by three men on a bike. The incident took place around 6.30 am.
Reports said the MP was in Delhi at the time of the incident although his family members were inside the house. So far, there has been no report of any injury.
BJP state chief Dilip Ghosh has said the assailants are most probably from Bengal's ruling Trinamool Congress. The TMC, on the other hand, said the bomb attack was a result of the Bengal BJP's internal feud.
Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar said the violence outside the BJP MP&rsquo;s residence revealed there was no sign of wanton violence abating in Bengal.

The letter to the prime minister was written by TMC MPs Derek O'Brien, Sukhendu Sekhar Roy and Mahua Moitra stating that the alleged meeting between Adhikari and the law officer "reeks of impropriety". They pointed out that the BJP MLA is an accused in Narada and Saradha cases which are being investigated.
Mehta said that though Suvendu Adhikari came to his residence cum office on Thursday unannounced, he did not meet him as he was busy with other meetings.
"I requested my PPS to convey to Mr Adhikari my inability to meet him and apologise as he had to wait. Mr Adhikari thanked my PPS and left without insisting to meet me," PTI quoted Tushar Mehta as saying.
